I am a certified life and career coach through The Academy of Modern Applied Psychology as well as a Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance. I am also Reiki Level 1 certified and going for my Reiki Level 2 in the winter. I have been coaching for the past 3 years and teaching yoga for the past 5 years.
