Sound Bath Yoga

Sound bath yoga is a beautiful combination of gentle yoga, restorative/yin yoga poses, and mindfulness. Absorb the healing frequencies of sound bath while practicing yoga. This style of yoga is recommended for those that want to zen out and receive.

Slow Flow Vinyasa

Slow Flow Vinyasa yoga is a fusion of vinyasa yoga with a slower pace. Slow Flow Vinyasa is still a challenging practice, but not as active and physically demanding as a traditional vinyasa practice. Slow Flow Vinyasa yoga is recommended for those that want a moderately physical practice without compromising mindfulness.

Vinyasa

Vinyasa yoga is typically a faster paced and active yoga practice (asana). Vinyasa yoga features vinyasas that link the pose to the breath and makes for a seamless flow of energy. This style of yoga is recommended for those looking to strengthen and lengthen their muscles and get a daily dose of presence.

Yin Yoga

A slower and deeply meditative form of yoga typically using props such as bolsters and blocks. Yin yoga allows the yogi to get deeper stretches and is meant to be practiced in between more active styles of yoga such as vinyasa or Bikram.
